Aderemi Gbadamosi is an experience, resourcefulness and accounting expert for over 25 years.He has a B.Sc in Accounting, MBA in Financial Management and M.Sc in Finance. He started his banking career with United Bank for Africa (UBA) Plc Marina, Lagos. He joined Gateway Bank Plc (Intercontinental Bank Plc/Access Bank Plc) as Senior Executive Assistance in 2002. He left for Oceanic Bank as a Resident Internal Controller and he was in charge of Branches and Foreign Operations as a Resident Internal Controller. He left Banking in 2009.
Aderemi joined Kunle Onitiri & Co (Chatered Accountants) in 2009 for Accounting and Audit practice. He was appointed an Associate Partner at A.Z Opeifa & Co (Chartered Accountants) in 2012. He was in charge of consultancy service, Audit and Tax Advocacy.
He worked briefly with Wema Bank Plc as Trade Service Resident Auditor before his appointment as Managing Director/CEO of Echo Microfinance Bank Limited.
He is a Nigerian banker, Accountant, Financial Management Professional, Management Expert, Marketing and Tax Practioner. Olatunde Bakre is a visionary executive strategist and seasoned business leader with over 22 years of experience driving growth, transformation, and innovation across diverse industries. His expertise spans strategic development, treasury and financial management, change leadership, and the integration of emerging economic sectors—including artificial intelligence, space economy, fintech, blockchain, renewable energy, and digital banking.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Materials and Metallurgical Engineering from the University of Lagos and has authored several AI-based research publications in renowned engineering journals. A Fellow of the Financial Market Dealers Association of Nigeria and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers (ACIB), he also holds certifications from the ACCA (IFRS), New York Institute of Finance, House of Training Luxembourg, and MIT (Big Data Analytics).

With a distinguished career spanning multiple leadership and management positions in corporate planning & strategy, regulatory compliance, tax, treasury, accounting and operations. Olajide has demonstrated unparalleled expertise and dedication to the industry. His extensive tenure with NNPCL’s various subsidiaries, including Exploration and Production Company, Engineering and Technical Company, Gas Marketing, Gas Infrastructure, and Pipelines and Storage Company, has equipped him with a unique understanding of the complexities and nuances of Nigeria’s energy sector.
